Made to Order Fruitcakes

I have a loyal following for my fruitcakes which are the real deal. Even expensive commercial fruitcakes often use rum essence and fillers such as soy lecithin. Mine are handmade with high quality flour, free range eggs, good quality dried fruit and nuts, real butter, real rum and definitely no fillers. You really can taste the difference. It was awarded a Commendation at the Royal Melbourne Show 2009. You can order these throughout the year as desired, and certainly coming up to Christmas time. They come in small 500g only $25, and large 1.75kg $65. These are terrific gift ideas and all come attractively wrapped in cellophane and black grosgrain ribbon.
